Good evening folks! Tonight's amazing special is Kamo yaki. Gressingham duck breast that's been grilled on our charcoal robata. Glazed with orange miso butter. Served with smoked aubergine miso and spring onion oil. Oishii!!! £14 created and cooked by our chef Calum Danger Finlay
