One of tonight's specials: Baby chicken marinated overnight in barley miso, ginger and walnut oil, charcoal grilled. Served with deep fried Yatai allotment kale and foraged edible flowers. Oishii!

Last nights special: Carrour Estate venison loin charred with rosemary & smoked garlic teriyaki. Smoked salt heirloom tomatoes, juniper pickled oyster mushrooms and crispy cavello nero on the side. Garnished with edible forest flowers!

New special on tonight: local sea trout cured in yuzu, juniper and katsuobushi. Served on a tomato and yuzu consommé, garnished with heirloom tomatoes and foraged wild flowers. Lovely!
